This experience is available to you for 7 days when you rent a piece with The Hat Concierge. When you're done, simply place your rental back in the box it arrived in, attach the pre-paid label provided and drop to your nearest Post Office.

Not sure what to choose? Let's play dress ups. With our concierge service, we bring the collection to your door. We can bring the entire collection or simply a few selected pieces that take your fancy. We can even customise trims to suit your outfit's colour palette.
This service is per person and usually runs for hour. However, we love an excuse for a ladies get together. So if you want to invite the girls over, go for it. Contact us via ‘Contact Us’ section and we will arrange the ultimate pre-race experience where you can view the entire collection, secure your perfect piece and have a fun ladies catch up at the same time.
